Hierarchical clustering and cladogram show significant differences between GMQ (A, C) and WGT (B, D) surrounding sediment samples and mineral microcosms. The sub-clusters separated in the clustering trees were identified as “GMQ_group_1”, “GMQ_group_2”, “WGT_sediment”, “WGT_aragonite”, and “WGT_group_1” groups. Colored dots represent the taxa with significant differences in abundance between different successions, and cladogram circles represent the phylogenetic taxa from phylum to order.
