Phylogenetic tree highlighting the taxonomic relation of B. amyloliquefaciens subsp. plantarum strain Fito_F321() based on 16S rDNA amplicon within the Bacillus clade. Only type strains are included. The GenBank accession numbers are shown in parentheses. Sequences were aligned using ClustalW 1.6 [81]. The phylogenetic tree was constructed by using the Neighbor-Joining method [23] and evolutionary distances were computed by the Maximum Composite Likelihood method [24] within MEGA 7.0 [25]. There were a total of 1380 positions in the final dataset. Numbers at the nodes are bootstrap values calculated from 1000 replicates; only bootstrap values > 70 are indicated
