Phylogenetic tree showing the close relationship of P. fluorescens strain UM270 with P. fluorescens Pf0-1, as well as with other Pseudomonas species based on aligned sequences of the 16S rRNA gene. Phylogenetic analyses were performed using SeaView and edited in iTol. The tree was built using the maximum likelihood method.
