All sequences, except for P12002L and P12002S, were obtained from GenBank. Sequences were aligned by MUSCLE [36]. Tree building was performed by RAxML [37], using the “-f a” method, PROTGAMMAJTT model, and MRE-based bootstopping criterion. Bootstrap replicate searches were performed 400 times, and bootstrap values (>50 %) are shown at branch nodes. Xanthomonas phage Xp10 was set as the root after tree building.
