Grey boxes indicate an ASV is an indictor of the sampling event (> 0.7 IndVal). Taxa are ordered by the number of sampling events in which they are indicators (number of grey boxes). The bar plot depicts overall specificity of an ASV to F. distichus (yellow bar) in comparison to the portion of sequences found on rocks and in seawater (grey bar).
