Detrended correspondence analysis (DCA) ordination highlighting differences in the composition of bacterial communities (Hellinger transformed OTUs) associated with the different plant compartments of Musa (AAA Group, Cavendish Subgroup) ‘Williams’. Each compartment is represented by 50 replicates comprising 10 samples from plant grown in five distinct soils. The ellipses represent standard deviations of the group centroids.
