Metagenome-derived taxonomic classification of plants incubated with.13C-CH3OH (phyllosphere, roots and rhizosphere soil). Quality trimmed reads from shotgun sequencing were subjected. The bubble plots show the relative abundances of taxa (phylum level) comprising at least 0.1% of classified reads. The size of each bubble is scaled logarithmically to depict the abundance of each taxon relative to its maximum abundance (largest bubble size).
