Young, the University of York and read data are also deposited at NCBI database under Bioproject accession number PRJEB7125 or PRJEB7987; number below the diagonal are pairwise orthologous genes identified as bidirectional best hits between genomes; AF was >0.68 in all ANI calculation among whole or draft genome but AF value was <0.6 in all ANI calculation with partially sequenced genome reads. Numbers above the diagonal are ANI between genomes. Reference type strains are indicated with superscript ‘T’; R, Rhizobium
