Cluster of genes encoding for enzymes involved in mycolic acid biosynthesis in C. ulceribovis DSM 45146T and selected species of some relevant genera of Corynebacterineae. The cluster consists of at least five genes, all of them transcribed in the same direction. The pks13, fadD32 and accD3/accD4 othologs were found in all genomes examined and the genetic organiszation surrounding the pks13 gene was highly conserved. Slight differences between the species examined is apparent in the mycolyltransferase (green colored) region. Orthologs are shown by matching colors
